Who we are:
Momease Baby Boutique is an inviting & intimate retail store that specializes in innovative & functional baby gear & parenting accessories. We carry a range of unique products from the best brands to help our customers "parent with style and ease." Weʼre a small team that prides ourselves on carrying great products & delivering the best customer service possible. Our goal each & every time a customer walks into our store is to deliver an experience that they will tell their friends about & that will make them want to visit Momease Baby Boutique again soon!

What weʼre looking for:
As a small store weʼre looking for an experienced & reliable Customer Service/Sales Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following:
*A great attitude & a desire to deliver a strong customer experience that exceeds expectations
*A genuine interest in the products we carry & how they can fit into the lives of our customers
*An outgoing & friendly personality with the ability to engage customers in conversation to uncover needs & recommend suitable products

What the job involves:
As a small team we need people who can do a little bit of everything in the store. Here are some of the key accountabilities:
*Answer customer product questions & help them make selections
*Accurately process new inventory & manage store inventory levels
*Process special orders on an as-needed basis
*Re-stock & neatly arrange product on the shelves
*Keep store clean & looking great at all times
*Accurately scan all items & process payments, as well as refunds or exchanges using a POS system
*Open & close the store, including cashing out & locking up
*Work independently on your own in the store, as well as with a colleague
*Work a part-time schedule, and MUST BE AVAILABLE weekends and closing shifts (6 PM)
*Must be able to safely lift 40 lbs

What you bring with you:
*A minimum of 2 years experience in a retail sales and/or customer service role
*A high school diploma
*A willingness to work a flexible part time schedule, including closing shifts, holidays & weekends
*Your passion for parenting, babies & excellent customer service!
