*Virtual baby registry consultations (by Zoom or phone), with in-person 'registry top-ups' available by appointment.
*Some additional items may be excluded from our regular return or exchange policies based on their materials and/or government sanitizing protocols and requirements.
*The Mini Meet Up Play Space will remain closed for the time being. If you're interested in discussing a small private play or party at a later date, please don't hesitate to get in touch.
WHAT IS OUR TEAM DOING TO HELP?
*Our staff will be following rigorous cleaning protocols for high traffic areas and touch points.
*If the pin pad is used rather than tap for payment, pin pad surfaces will be disinfected directly afterwards.
*If ill or symptomatic, staff will remain at home and not come to work for 14 days.
*Team members will be required to wash their hands frequently, as well as disinfect their hands or gloves after coming in contact with the public or surfaces (restocking shelves, opening the door, processing purchases, moving product etc).
*Our staff will wear masks and/or face shields if working one-on-one with customers doing product demos etc. We will also ask our customers to do the same if possible.
*We will continue to offer contactless CURBSIDE pick up for online orders, as well as free local DOORSTEP DELIVERY on orders over $100 pretax from Sooke to Sidney. Local delivery orders are delivered between 8 AM-5PM within 2 business days by our eco-friendly courier, using an electric vehicle. Orders placed before 12 PM are generally delivered next business day.
*We will continue to pick and pack up online orders for Canada Post shipping following government safety guidelines.
