Our in-store experience at Momease Baby Boutique was great! The staff were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, and we felt well supported when choosing our travel system. Unfortunately, the Maxi-Cosi Zelia Luxe 5-in-1 that was provided to us in box arrived damaged. The auto-lock on the car seat base was snapped off.

While it has been frustrating communicating directly with Maxi-Cosi customer service, we want to highlight that Momease has been incredibly proactive and supportive throughout this process. They have been helping us navigate the issue and working with Maxi-Cosi on our behalf, which we truly appreciate.

Hands down this is my FAVOURITE baby boutique in Victoria. The staff are all so sweet and helpful. They remember you by name, always ask how myself and babe are doing and will entertain her while I shop.
I love the layout of the store, it’s clean and not overwhelming. The staff are very knowledgeable and attentive and never make me feel rushed, they are genuinely happy to help.
