When you shop with us at Momease Baby Boutique, we pride ourselves on providing the most personalized, professional and secure customer service experience possible, both in-store and online. Whether you're browsing our website or touring our store front, we're always here to help and have provided answers to some of the most frequently asked questions. If you don't find the answer you're looking for here, feel free to contact us directly! 

Is there a brick and mortar store where customers can come in and browse?
Absolutely! We are located at 1581 Hillside Avenue in a central and convenient outdoor shopping centre in Victoria BC, directly across the street from Hillside Centre.

Is what you carry in the store also available on the momease.ca website?
Many, but not all, of the products that we carry in the store are also available on our website. If you can't find what you're looking for, don't hesitate to give us a call at the store to see if it's available for local pick up.

If a product is out of stock online does that mean it's also out of stock in the store?
No, our online inventory is separate from our in-store inventory, so if a product is out of stock online it may be available in store, and vice versa. 

Do you have an online gift registry?
Yes! Go to our gift registry page to find, create, or manage a baby registry. 

Can't find what you're looking for?
Not a problem! Visit our contact us section and call, email or submit a form with the information of the product you're looking for and we'll help you find that perfect item. 

Do you ship outside of Canada?
Unfortunately no. We currently only ship within Canada. 

What type of payments are accepted?
Our payment processing is through Shopify PaymentsDuring the checkout process simply choose the payment option that suits your needs, including VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, PayPal and Discover.

Need help placing an order?

What currency are prices listed in? 
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes and shipping.

Will taxes be charged?
All orders placed in Canada are subject to taxes in accordance with the province or territory we are shipping to. Taxes are calculated during the checkout process. 

How are the shipping charges calculated & when are they calculated?
We offer both free and flat rate shipping (some exclusions apply). Please refer to our shipping & return policy section for more information about our shipping rates.

What is your Returns & Exchange Policy? 
We appreciate your purchase and offer a return policy that ensures you are happy. To learn more please visit our shipping & return policy section. 

Is in-store pickup an option, instead of shipping?
Unfortunately no, in-store pick-up is not available at this time at check out, however if you are purchasing off of a gift registry and would prefer local pick up, please give the store a call at 778-265-5651 for a gift pick up option whereby the shipping charges will be removed with a coupon code.

Is the momease.ca website secure?
Yes, momease.ca is hosted and powered securely by Shopify, which is an e-commerce software solutions provider. Shopify is a certified Level 1 PCI DSS platform, which ensures that our momease.ca website is fully compliant.  The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is an information security standard for organizations that handle credit card and debit card information. Defined by the Payment Card Industry Security Standards Council, the standard was created to increase controls around credit card data to reduce credit card fraud via its exposure. If you want to sell online and accept payments from Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit cards, your software and hosting needs to be PCI compliant, which of course our website is!

There are six categories of PCI standards that must be met in order for a merchant to be deemed compliant:

  • Maintain a Secure Network
  • Protect Cardholder Data
  • Maintain a Vulberability Management Program
  • Implement Strong Access Control Measures 
  • Regularly Monitor and Test Networks
  • Maintain an Information Security Policy
