Based in famously beautiful and rainy Vancouver BC, Jan & Jul (formerly Twinklebelle) makes 'rain or shine' apparel and accessories. Its products are designed by moms who understand growing kids and the challenges of parenthood. Founded and run by women, Jan & Jul values the empowerment of women and girls. It has been providing sustainable income to women in Canada and overseas since its start, and sponsors various projects promoting the empowerment of women and girls.
Florence Luo is the founder and design director of Jan & Jul. Trained as a mechatronics engineer, Florence worked as a research engineer on optical lithography and lecturer for UBC before her sewing and knitting hobby became her main endeavour.
