Magnesium Spray is a staple for relaxation. Made with magnesium chloride sourced from the Dead Sea, the Given + Gather Lavender Magnesium Oil Spray is bioavailable and therefore easily absorbed by your body. Proudly made in BC, Canada.

Nothing synthetic or artificial here - unlike most powders and pills. Just a spritz or two on the bottom of each foot before bed will help soothe you into a deep restful sleep. Perfect for those wanting to up their magnesium intake in a quick and highly absorbable way.
