Thank you for your interest in celebrating your little one's special day here at The Meet Up at Momease Baby Boutique! We are very excited to once-again be open at The Meet Up for drop in plays, birthday parties and other special events with our indoor playground and multipurpose play & event space.

what's included

  • a two hour private booking of The Mini Meet Up play space (fully-loaded with awesome play gear for kids from 0 up to 5 years), as well as our multipurpose room
  • please inquire if you have older children you'd like to include & we can discuss options
  • use of our separate Parent's Room which is equipped with a change table and glider chairs, plus soft, dimmable lighting
  • access to a spacious and accessible bathroom
  • use of our projector for movie time if desired - think HUGE screen viewing!
  • Bluetooth music streaming so you can listen to your fave party tunes
  • up to 12 children (please note that additional wee guests are an option and incur a per child fee of $5); we are able to accommodate additional guests for your party booking up to a MAXIMUM ROOM CAPACITY OF 34 PEOPLE
  • 12 adults are included with your booking; if you plan to have more than one adult in attendance per child then please contact us for details and confirmation in advance of your party date (please note that an additional fee of $5/extra adult will apply, up to a MAXIMUM ROOM CAPACITY of 34 guests)
  • reusable and Earth-friendly tableware by request for your mini guests, including cups, divided plates or open plates
  • cake cutting & serving utensils available by request
  • a special birthday treat for your child & a complimentary play pass for your little one's next visit to The Meet Up!
  • you are free to arrive UP TO 30 minutes prior to the start of your party for set up and decorations, however please note that a staff member will also be in The Meet Up space during this time while we complete the cleaning and set up for your party
  • parties may be booked online up to 60 days in advance of event (please note that online bookings close within 7 days of event date)
  • please contact us for booking availability if you're looking to book a party with less than 7 days notice

what is the cost

  • all of the above is included for $295 + GST
  • an additional deposit of $100 will be preauthorized on your credit card at check in; please note your card will NOT be charged unless incidental fees apply - including sock purchases, additional guest fees, and excessive cleaning charges, should the space not be left tidy and as you found it
  • Birthday Bashes are based on 12 children (with 12 adults included); additional children/adults will incur a fee of $5 each, up to a total maximum capacity of 34 guests (but please note that this number of guests may be tight!)
  • all parties require a non-refundable 50% deposit at time of booking (please see us in-store if you'd like to book with a 50% deposit)
  • non-refundable full payment is due 14 days prior to your event date

what to bring

  • your Birthday Bash Waiver form will be sent to you via email once your booking is complete, or provided to you when you book in-store
  • please note that your waiver MUST BE COMPLETED AND RECEIVED IN ADVANCE of your event; please send it back to us via email with e-signatures, or bring it by in person at least 7 days prior to your event
  • any snacks or (non-alcoholic) drinks you'd like for the kids or the adults (unfortunately we don't allow any hot drinks at The Meet Up for safety reasons, as well as hard candies, popcorn, gum or nuts)
  • your cake or birthday dessert!
  • sorry no open-flame candles or sparklers are permitted for fire safety reasons (think LED options instead!)
  • any tableware you may need for the adults, and napkins for all your guests
  • whatever decorations your little heart (or child) desires (but please consider recyclable options wherever possible!... Did you know that foil balloons are recyclable?)
  • sorry no confetti, sparkles or pinatas are allowed as these are VERY difficult for us to remove from the play equipment and specialized rubber flooring
  • if you're planning to place decorations on the walls, please use sticky tack or painter's tape only to avoid any damage to the paint
  • please note that although we have staff members on site should you need any assistance, all parties are parent-supervised and there is no staff member stationed in The Meet Up space during your private event
  • a staff member will set up a snack/cake table prior to your arrival (we do ask that food not be readily available during the first part of your party to help discourage tiny guests from playing while eating; this keeps little ones safe and helps us maintain our customized play equipment)
  • staff will be available to help clean up after your party, but we appreciate you leaving the space as tidy as possible and as you found it; please remember to take home everything that you bring in
  • please note that there is no freezer access for cakes (we do have a small bar fridge that can accommodate a small to medium sized cake or other small items in need of refrigeration during your party)
